Had really bad stitches, was doing very well until i had to stop because of the pain. Running at 10.4/11 feels good though. Managed to survive 1km running at 10.4/11. Let's see how much i can run tomorrow.
Learnt from videos online, that normal jogging alone doesn't really help you to lose fat. You can be jogging at a comfortable pace for an hour, but lose the same amount of fat as when you are doing 30 minutes of interval training. By interval training, i mean starting off with a comfortable pace, increasing your speed(or intensity) to a much higher level, which essentially is your cardio level, keep it there for no less than 10 seconds and then return back to your comfortable pace to recuperate.
Speed: gradually increased to 9.5 and then 10.4 for the last stretch, should be a comfortable pace for all my future runs, unless i get faster and i can run at 10.4 comfortably.
Food intake: more than before
I must try to eat lesser, the running was a good start. Going to run 4km tomorrow, not sure how everything will work out, but it is still too early to tell. Lets see what happens in a weeks time.
